After a hurricane, the danger does not end when the skies clear. Businesses are often left vulnerable to looting, trespassing, property damage, and operational disruption. Hurricane Response & Business Protection (HRBP) provides immediate, professional post-hurricane security services to protect assets, deter criminal activity, and maintain stability during recovery. This service rapidly deploys trained personnel to secure commercial properties, retail locations, office buildings, warehouses, and infrastructure. Security professionals are strategically placed to monitor access points, conduct patrols, and establish a visible deterrent presence while conditions remain unstable. HRBP is structured into three flexible pricing tiers: Essential Coverage — $2,500 per 24-hour period Designed for small businesses or single-site locations. Includes one armed security guard on 12-hour shifts, perimeter checks, fixed post coverage, and daily reports. Standard Protection — $4,800 per 24-hour period Ideal for mid-sized properties requiring greater mobility and visibility. Includes two armed guards on rotating 12-hour shifts, patrols, access control, emergency coordination, and detailed threat reports. Comprehensive Response — $8,500 per 24-hour period Best for large or high-risk properties such as shopping centers or logistics hubs. Includes four armed guards, mobile vehicle patrols, command post setup, access control stations, drone support (weather permitting), and liaison services for emergency and insurance coordination. Add-on options are available, including extra personnel, temporary fencing, lighting, or longer deployment durations. Pricing for custom solutions is available upon request. HRBP also provides situational assessments, real-time updates, and guidance to support informed decisions throughout the recovery process. In areas where emergency services are delayed or overwhelmed, post-hurricane security services play a critical role in protecting property and ensuring business continuity. By establishing safety and order quickly, HRBP helps clients reduce downtime, recover faster, and safeguard their investments.


Cancellation Policy

This policy governs all bookings for services provided by Odin Defense Group LLC, including but not limited to: -The Protector Series (Civilian Training) -Executive Protection & Personal Security Services -Risk & Threat Assessments -Security Consulting -Group or Corporate Training Sessions -Event Security Services 1. Booking Requirements - All bookings must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance unless otherwise approved. - A signed service agreement and payment (deposit or full balance) are required to secure your reservation. - Group events or corporate contracts require at least 7 days' notice for coordination and planning. 2. Payment Terms - We accept major credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and business invoicing for approved clients. - For most services a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. - Final payment is due 48 hours before the service start time unless otherwise stated in the service contract. 3. Rescheduling Policy - You may reschedule any service at least 48 hours in advance at no additional cost. - Rescheduling within 24-48 hours may results in a 25% rescheduling fee. - Rescheduling within 24 hours is considered a late cancellation (see below). 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy - Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund or credit. - Cancellations made 24-48 hours prior will receive a 50% refund or partial credit. - Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to appear for a scheduled service will forfeit the payment. 5. Group & Corporate Engagements - A signed agreement and 50% deposit are required to confirm any group, corporate or event-based service. - Final headcount and full payment must be submitted 3 business days prior to the service. - Travel fees may apply outside the Tampa Bay area; these will be included in the proposal. 6. Liability Waivers - All training participants must complete a liability waiver prior to the start of instruction. - Clients receiving security or assessment services acknowledge that Odin Defense Group provides advisory and support services, and cannot be held liable for outcomes outside our control. 7. Force Majeure - Odin Defense Group is not liable for cancellations or delayed caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, illness, or acts of God.
