Whether you are planning a wedding, private gathering, corporate mixer, or community function, our professional event security services are designed to deliver peace of mind without disrupting the atmosphere. We provide reliable and discreet security personnel for small to mid sized events throughout Florida. Our focus is on maintaining access control, monitoring entrances, verifying vendors and guests, and observing activity for potential risks. We do not provide crowd control or riot management. Instead, we specialize in preventive presence, on site coordination, and clear communication with event staff. Our professionals are trained to secure venues with professionalism, discretion, and respect for your guests. Every event begins with a site and logistics review to understand layout, schedule, and risk level. We work alongside your team to ensure safe arrival, operations, and closing procedures. Our professional event security services are available in three flexible packages: Basic Event Coverage — $500 per 6 hour event Ideal for small venues or private occasions. Includes one uniformed officer to manage venue entry points, conduct safety checks, and perform an end of event sweep. Standard Event Protection — $1,200 per 8 hour event Recommended for mid sized events with multiple access areas. Includes two uniformed officers to oversee guest verification, patrol designated zones, and assist with security concerns during the event. Comprehensive Event Security — $2,500 per 8 hour event Best for high visibility or multi zone events. Includes a team lead and up to three officers, dedicated to access control, vendor management, active patrol, incident documentation, and staff coordination. This tier does not include crowd control. All security personnel are licensed, insured, and trained to handle a range of non escalated incidents with professionalism. Cancellation Policy
This policy governs all bookings for services provided by Odin Defense Group LLC, including but not limited to: -The Protector Series (Civilian Training) -Executive Protection & Personal Security Services -Risk & Threat Assessments -Security Consulting -Group or Corporate Training Sessions -Event Security Services 1. Booking Requirements - All bookings must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance unless otherwise approved. - A signed service agreement and payment (deposit or full balance) are required to secure your reservation. - Group events or corporate contracts require at least 7 days' notice for coordination and planning. 2. Payment Terms - We accept major credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and business invoicing for approved clients. - For most services a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. - Final payment is due 48 hours before the service start time unless otherwise stated in the service contract. 3. Rescheduling Policy - You may reschedule any service at least 48 hours in advance at no additional cost. - Rescheduling within 24-48 hours may results in a 25% rescheduling fee. - Rescheduling within 24 hours is considered a late cancellation (see below). 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy - Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund or credit. - Cancellations made 24-48 hours prior will receive a 50% refund or partial credit. - Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to appear for a scheduled service will forfeit the payment. 5. Group & Corporate Engagements - A signed agreement and 50% deposit are required to confirm any group, corporate or event-based service. - Final headcount and full payment must be submitted 3 business days prior to the service. - Travel fees may apply outside the Tampa Bay area; these will be included in the proposal. 6. Liability Waivers - All training participants must complete a liability waiver prior to the start of instruction. - Clients receiving security or assessment services acknowledge that Odin Defense Group provides advisory and support services, and cannot be held liable for outcomes outside our control. 7. Force Majeure - Odin Defense Group is not liable for cancellations or delayed caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, illness, or acts of God.
