Includes: Initial consultation (up to 90 minutes) Basic risk identification and categorization Top vulnerabilities overview Summary report with prioritized recommendations One 30-minute follow-up consultation Operational Risk Strategy — $5,000 (Project-Based or Monthly Retainer) Designed for mid-sized businesses seeking integrated solutions to strengthen daily operations. Includes: Full site or departmental risk assessment Business continuity planning Emergency response protocols Staff training recommendations Two 1-hour follow-up sessions 30 days of email support Executive Risk Partnership — $10,000 (Monthly Retainer) Built for enterprises or high-risk sectors needing continuous strategic oversight. Cancellation Policy
This policy governs all bookings for services provided by Odin Defense Group LLC, including but not limited to: -The Protector Series (Civilian Training) -Executive Protection & Personal Security Services -Risk & Threat Assessments -Security Consulting -Group or Corporate Training Sessions -Event Security Services 1. Booking Requirements - All bookings must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance unless otherwise approved. - A signed service agreement and payment (deposit or full balance) are required to secure your reservation. - Group events or corporate contracts require at least 7 days' notice for coordination and planning. 2. Payment Terms - We accept major credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and business invoicing for approved clients. - For most services a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. - Final payment is due 48 hours before the service start time unless otherwise stated in the service contract. 3. Rescheduling Policy - You may reschedule any service at least 48 hours in advance at no additional cost. - Rescheduling within 24-48 hours may results in a 25% rescheduling fee. - Rescheduling within 24 hours is considered a late cancellation (see below). 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy - Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund or credit. - Cancellations made 24-48 hours prior will receive a 50% refund or partial credit. - Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to appear for a scheduled service will forfeit the payment. 5. Group & Corporate Engagements - A signed agreement and 50% deposit are required to confirm any group, corporate or event-based service. - Final headcount and full payment must be submitted 3 business days prior to the service. - Travel fees may apply outside the Tampa Bay area; these will be included in the proposal. 6. Liability Waivers - All training participants must complete a liability waiver prior to the start of instruction. - Clients receiving security or assessment services acknowledge that Odin Defense Group provides advisory and support services, and cannot be held liable for outcomes outside our control. 7. Force Majeure - Odin Defense Group is not liable for cancellations or delayed caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, illness, or acts of God.
